Foodcheck® provides food retailers with an independent, reliable and economical answer to the food safety concerns of the Australian food consumer

 

Foodcheck® includes:

  • 24 hours - 7 days access to food safety expert support and advice on any food safety issue;

  • Analysis of up to four food samples a year for food poisoning bacteria including Salmonella spp, Staphylococcus aureus, Listeria spp and Escherichia coli;

  • Environmental testing for pathogens including SARS-CoV-2, and Norovirus.

  • Up to two hygiene audits a year to identify “at risk” practices;

  • Written reports following each visit;

  • Advertising to help promote you having joined Foodcheck®;

  • Official membership certificate;

  • Reduced cost food safety training courses for you and your employees;

  • Foodcheck® Display Icon: A5 size adhesive stickers;

  • Up-to-date information on food safety; and

  • Foodcheck®information cards for customers.
